Finally got off the mark in what has been a largely frustrating 2018 when winning by a short head at Windsor latest. Carries a penalty for that success here so life tougher and she is none from 11 on AW but found a weak race here so strong claims.
Ended a 27-race losing streak when narrowly successful at Chelmsford last time out. Only due to go up 1lb for that success so surprising connections have elected to run here under a 6lb penalty.
Lone career win came over C&D in March 2017. Quiet 2018 so far but showed signs of life here last time out after two moderate efforts when staying on for fifth. Now tried in a hood to try and rekindle enthusiasm.
Last won at Brighton back in June over 7f but only made the frame once in nine subsequent starts (7f-1m). Drop back in trip here looks an attempt to regain some enthusiasm but unlikely to suit his racing style.
Twice a winner on this surface at Dundalk when trained by Anthony McCann but sixth the best he has managed in five starts for his current yard. Basically tailed-off latest after a break and now has plenty to prove.
Six-time career winner recently returned from an absence with a decent fifth of 15 at Bath over 5f where he looked like he would strip fitter next time. Never won over 6f which is the biggest doubt but better claims than most.
Ran best race since March win at Southwell when second last time out at Chelmsford where a drop back to this trip and forcing tactics suited. Could be a better proposition now over 6f and looks a realistic contender here.
Moderate strike rate overall and winless in 2018 but ran an excellent race last time out when second over C&D at this level in a 10-runner handicap. Repeat of that effort should see her firmly in the shake-up and merits consideration.
Lingfield win last December the last time he has been competitive with 12 starts since yielding no better than a sixth placed finish. Handicap tumbling but looks a shadow of former self.
Interesting contender made debut for this yard latest after 168 day absence when fifth of 16 in a 1m Chelmsford handicap. That form solid and now attempts a very different trip but with potential to be well treated in a weak race.
Bounced back from a 222 day absence by winning at 33/1 at Wolverhampton over 5f but shown little in two turf races at Brighton since. Chance AW can show him in a better light but overall he is far from reliable.
19-race maiden looked to be getting closer in the summer months with a series of solid efforts and placed efforts but form seems to have tailed off again of late with lesser efforts the last twice so others now appeal more.
Forecasts
Itsupforgrabsnow (7/2), Brother In Arms (9/2), Malaysian Boleh (11/2), Wild Flower (6/1), Mr Potter (8/1), Llamrei (11/1), Captain Ryan (14/1), Poppy May (16/1), Flowing Clarets (16/1), Storm Lightning (33/1), Chicago School (33/1), Compton Prince (50/1)
A chance is taken on ITSUPFORGRABSNOW who left three ordinary efforts in 7f novice races behind with a positive start for this yard at Chelmsford. The step back to 1m could suit and in what is a pretty weak race she is the only runner with potential to be unexposed and well handicapped. Flowing Clarets, a winner last time out sets the standard and should go close despite top-weight and Wild Flower who ran well here last time out look other likely sorts.

- Wild Flower
