Half brother to a couple of hurdle and chase winners, likely to want further than this in time but 2-2 under Rules and form of latest Uttoxeter win has been franked by the second since. Penalty to carry but that may not be enough to stop him.

Placed in a couple of moderate bumpers but hasn't shown enough in two hurdles starts to make him of interest here. Possibly more for handicaps after today.

Bred to jump fences in time but turned in a decent effort on bumper debut at Fontwell earlier in the month, finding just one too good. Place chance at worst if taking to hurdles today, and yard ticking along nicely.

First start for new yard, some of his French form with the useful Countister makes him look quite useful and would give him every chance here. However, hasn't been seen on a racecourse for almost two years, so may need this. Market may guide.
Not a cheap purchase at £100,000 back in 2017, bred to make a decent hurdler/chaser but it's not happened as yet and has simply been too keen for his own good. May do better as he learns to race but can only be watched here.
Dam was a hurdles/chase winner and stayed well, so every chance he will want further in time, but all the same makes some appeal on pedigree and market is likely to prove the best guide as to what's expected on debut today.

Decent jumping pedigree and made a winning debut in a Ffos Las bumper, despite pulling very hard, and no surprise to see the hood given a try today. Form of that bumper looks fine, with third a winner since, so chances if jumping fluently on debut.
Half brother to winning hurdler Pink Tara (also trained by Venetia Williams) and has shown ability on three of four starts in bumpers, although a little disappointing when last seen. May do better for having had a break and good jockey booked.

Half brother to useful jumping sorts Horatio Hornblower and George Nympton, has already shown plenty of ability himself when winning a bumper here on debut and not disgraced in a Listed bumper subsequent. Definite chances on this hurdles debut.

Half brother to winning hurdler Rafafie, showed plenty of promise on bumper debut at Newbury and no surprise he followed that up with a win at Newbury, but not seen out for some 20 months and has clearly had issues. Interesting all the same.

Should make a good staying chaser in time but for the time being has shown promise in all three starts, two bumpers and a hurdle. Does have plenty of ground to make up on stablemate Anytime Will Do on Uttoxeter running last time out though.

Decent enough pedigree and is a half brother to six hurdle/chase winners, not shown a lot so far but likely to improve at some point. This looks too tough, however.

In good hands but only beaten one horse home in two starts and looks one that simply needs more time.

Verdict

This looks a race full of promising types and the form could be good. One to set the DVD for, as plenty of winners should come from it. Anytime Will Do looks the one to beat after an easy Uttoxeter win and with the second, Foxtrot Juliet, winning at the weekend the form looks solid. My Mate Mark and Chambard both hold chances on form but neither has been seen for some time, and the market is likely to prove the best guide as to what's expected today. Grey Diamond is another to consider but a chance is taken on MOONLIGHTER, who is bred to be very useful and might be up to taking this on hurdles debut.
