Second of 10 at Listowel on latest start and now 3lb lower than last winning mark. Yard still firing the winners in around this time of year with a 44% win and place strike rate in the last five year in late october/Early November.
Solid and consistent type, running well without winning. Open to plenty of improvement and shortlisted here.
Nine-race maiden but running well without success on both the AW at Dundalk and on turf, most recently at Gowran Park last month. Liable to find one or two better handicapped sorts lurking.
Not much to shout about in three starts this season not showing any signs of ability in any of the starts. Easily resistible on current form.
Distance winner on debut in a 15-runner Listowel maiden last month. Step up to handicap level may have come a little early. More needed here.
Generally well held in three starts since winning a Ballinrobe, 14-runner handicap in June and may still be struggling off an 11lb higher mark. Plenty to prove at present.
10-race maiden on the Flat including eight defeats on turf. Well held recently on the AW at Dundalk on a couple of occasions and hard to make a case for the gelding returning to turf.
Appears to have been brought along patiently by his trainer and looks to be responding with solid performances. Open to much improvement and one for the shortlist here.
Needs to find the form of his Gowran Park third of 13 in September. Yard still hitting the frame with their late October/Early November runners with a 29% win and place strike rate since 2013.
Beaten favourite when finishing fifth of 10 beaten 11L in a Tramore rated race before another bold show at Listowel last month. Interesting tried in first-time cheekpieces here.
Has failed to build on an encouraging success at the start of the season when landing a nine-runner Cork maiden. First time tongue-tie unlikely to bring about the required amount of improvement needed to play a role here.
Failed in his first three career starts on British raids to Hamilton and Catterick before finishing down the pack at Leopardstown earlier this month. Little to be positive about looking towards this contest.
Filly that has not had the breaks recently but running well without success at Roscommon and here last month. Could go well at a price with conditions to suit.
Couple of career best starts have come without cut in the ground where the filly has struggled on yielding to soft and soft to heavy. Hard to fancy on this surface.
Lightly raced maiden who requires a chunk of improvement to play any sort of role in this company. Hard to place any faith in.
Well beaten and no impression in four starts this season but yard are usually still hitting the frame with their late October/Early November runners with a 29% win and place strike rate in the last five years.

With the yard still boasting a strong win and place strike rate around this time of the season, the Dermot Weld-trained DALTON HIGHWAY can progress from his runner-up position last month at Listowel and land the prize here under 7lb claimer Ben Coen. The patiently trained Endless Tangent looks capable of hitting the frame once again while Faughill, Lady Camelot and the Jim Bolger pair Gasta along with Swing Till Dawn require a second glance.
- Dalton Highway
- Endless Tangent
- Faughill
