€50,000 half-sister to eight winners across Europe. Ran respectably for a long way on debut but still well beaten, albeit behind a winner who has since gone on to taste French Group 2 success. Still has plenty to find.
Daughter of Toronado who cost 100,000 gns as a yearling and represents a top stable. Likely to improve for the experience and a distance with time but worth a check in the betting.
Garswood filly who cost 15,000 gns as a foal. Has speed in pedigree and represents a stable who can ready a newcomer, so worth noting in the market on debut.
Didn't really improve on promising 7f debut when third over this trip at Newcastle. Has the ability to be involved but needs to show a change of gears late on to win at this trip.
Kingman filly fetched €300,000 as a yearling. Has shown a similar level of form on both starts to date that would need to be improved upon to be competitive. Qualifies for handicaps after this.
Showed much more on her second start but that was a muddling race and she has still to beat a horse home. Others preferred.
Stable yet to have an AW juvenile winner this campaign but eye-catching on breeding being by Dark Angel out of Fusaichi Pegasus mare. One to note on debut.
War Command filly who showed massive improvement from debut when second over this C&D. Wasn't the strongest of races and a bit to find but at least seems to be going the right way.
Daughter of Alhebayeb who cost just €4,000 as a foal and went unsold as a two-year-old. Not fancied in the betting and well held on debut. Big improvement required in first-time hood.
65,000gns daughter of Mukhadram who ran eye-catchingly well for a long way over 7f on debut before just finding the final furlong beyond her. Likely this trip will prove ideal and should be a major player with progress.
No Nay Never filly who cost £50,000 as a yearling. Not disgraced on debut but would need to find significant progress and refused to load on intended second run. Stable quiet at present and others look more solid propositions.

Forecasts
Red Impression (13/8), Thanks Be (4/1), Listen To The Wind (5/1), Shellebeau (12/1), Mulan (12/1), Material Girl (12/1), Chasing The Rain (16/1), Made Of Talent (16/1), Yes Can Do (33/1), Sussex Spirit (66/1), Nguni (80/1), Storm Athena (150/1)
With the stable just starting to finally hit a nice run of form, THANKS BE looks a solid hope to build on a promising debut, with the drop in distance a major plus. Material Girl may be vulnerable at this trip to a filly with greater acceleration but has still shown enough in two starts that suggest she'll be involved again. Shellebeau shaped as though she had a lot more to offer after progressing massively from her debut. Red Impression, Listen To The Wind and Made Of Talent should be kept a close eye on in the betting on debut.
- Thanks Be
- Material Girl
- Shellebeau
