Still a couple of pounds higher than when wining at Thirsk over 5f back in July. Not been in the best of form lately, although harsh to judge him on latest effort when unseating his rider leaving the stalls.
Best effort this term when second at Epsom in July, but had no excuses on the day, and form has tailed off since. Given a break since latest poor effort, and that may help, but doesn't convince with patchy record.
Won after a break over 5f at Haydock in August, but just respectable efforts in two handicap starts since, and others bring more pressing claims.
Winner of C&D handicaps in July and September, and scored again at Chelmsford on penultimate start. Only fourth under a penalty there last time, but is 3lb lower now, and merits respect back at this venue.
Won over 6f at Thirsk on return, and has bookended a series of lesser efforts with successes over 7f here. Well backed when winning last time, and not dismissed, although revised mark asks a much sterner question.
Has put in some respectable efforts this season, but none that suggests that he is any more than an outside chance here, and cheekpieces didn't do much for him last time.
Appeared to be coming to hand in a couple of outings before being well beaten at Nottingham last time, but she had the worst of the draw there as it transpired, and a return to form is not a forlorn hope here.
Reliable sort who ran well when third over C&D on his penultimate start. Ran poorly at Redcar last time, but he's the sort to bounce back quickly, and isn't overlooked easily.
Wins in his turn, for all he's not as prolific as he should be, and doubled seasonal tally at Hamilton last month. Not so goof there last time, and he's probably had his fun for the time being.
No solid form to his name in handicaps, and although he's only had one start on turf, he's not easy to make a convincing case for here.
