Scored at Newmarket (5f, good to firm) in May and has mostly remained competitive since. Beaten just ½L from 1lb lower last time. Should be thereabouts.
All five career wins have been over this trip, including one on good to firm. 5lb higher than the best of those at Ayr in August. Held last two starts and more needed.
Has improved this season. Scored at Doncaster (5f, good to firm) in August and not beaten far from this mark at Thirsk last month. Didn't get the best of trips on AW last time, but has claims back on this straight course.
Won decisively over 6f at Thirsk in May, when 10lb lower. Several competitive efforts from this sort of mark since then. Bit more needed, but has each-way claims.
Dual fast ground 5f winner this season, the latter from 2lb lower. Handicapper has had his measure since then. Not written off, but more needed.
Seeking a hat-trick after wins at Dundalk (AW) and Hamilton (soft) over this trip, both in a visor. Up another 4lb, but can't rule out further improvement. Considered.
Has won three over this trip in 2018. Acts well on fast ground and arrives off the back of a good win at Pontefract last time, when he was strong at the business end. Up 5lb for that, which will make this tougher.
2lb higher than his last win at Nottingham in June. Acts on good to firm. Very competitive from slightly higher marks in three of his last four outings. Claims.
Was the 2L winner of a 0-70 over C&D (good) last time out. 7lb rise for that suggests that, while he might again go well, he will have his work cut out to follow up.
Won a French Group 3 in 2016, but now on a 19-race losing run. Well held on stable debut last time and looks best watched until there are signs of a revival.
Won a Goodwood novice event on debut for Mick Channon last year. Held on both starts for this trainer. 3lb lower than latest run, which was her handicap debut. Not easy to nail where she is at, but money for her would be interesting.
Back to form with a Chester win (5f, good to firm) in June, when 2lb lower. Held in most starts since, but signs of revival last time when 1¼L behind Desert Ace. 4lb better off with him now. Claims with a repeat effort, but not consistent.

Forecasts
Zig Zag Zyggy (3/1), Jabbarockie (7/2), Bashiba (5/1), Harrogate (9/1), Move In Time (10/1), Makanah (11/1), Longroom (12/1), Desert Ace (14/1), Angel Force (14/1), Merry Banter (16/1), Computable (18/1), Show Palace (20/1), Afandem (40/1), Short Call (50/1)
Desert Ace should be there in the firing line again if able to reproduce a good winning effort at Pontefract last time, but a look at his profile suggests that a 5lb rise might just be too much. Computable has to be considered given his proximity to Paul Midgley's seven-year-old, though Tim Easterby's gelding has inconsistencies to overcome. Bashiba looks interesting, as do hat-trick seeking Zig Zag Ziggy and the unexposed Makanah. However, MOVE IN TIME is generally very consistent and he looks the solid option here.
- Move In Time
- Makanah
- Bashiba
