Winner at Wolverhampton three starts back off a 3lb lower mark. Not so good the last twice and tends to prefer a quicker surface than he is going to get today.
Shaped with real promise at Thirsk two starts back when trying to make all in a big field. Really disappointing in a race that should have suited at Chester last time. On a nice mark and this track suits his style. Chances on the back of a break.
Lots of promise in four runs so far. Starts life in handicaps off what looks a fair mark for his new yard today. Claiming rider is going well at the moment and should have a good chance of progress on first start for new yard.
Only won once in 41 starts now but that doesn't tell the whole story as he regularly runs well. Close up third on three of his last four starts and is very likely to run his race once again.
Much her best recent effort when runner-up at Ayr in June. Can be marked up on her last run at Beverley when not getting the best of runs at a crucial stage. On a good mark and place claims at least if getting more luck today.
Won over this trip at Doncaster off 1lb lower in July. Very in-and-out since and now needs to step back up to be involved here.
Smart performer on Fibresand but nowhere near that level on turf. Well held at Beverley last time and whilst turf mark continues to fall, hard to fancy at present.
Comfortable winner off 6lb lower at Musselburgh two starts back. Struggled off this higher mark at Hamilton next time and now needs to bounce back.
Only one win from 21 starts now and starting to look difficult to win with. Down another 3lbs after only a fair effort at Doncaster last time but blinkers go on first time and wouldn't be a big surprise were they to perk her up.
Winner at Brighton over 5½f two starts back off a 4lb lower mark. Struggled to get involved back there next time over 6f. Good young claimer back on board here and should be on the premises once more.
Seemed to appreciate the addition of the tongue-tie when winning cosily off a reduced mark at Thirsk last time. Effectively races off the same mark here as rider couldn't claim in that apprentice race so sound claims once again.
Previous C&D winner who tends to travel strongly through his races. Never able to get on terms at Catterick last time but this track should suit better. Claims on a going day.
Steady improvement in three starts in novice company. On a fair mark for handicap debut and likely to do better now. Market check needed.
Won at Musselburgh back in July off a 1lb lower mark. Bounced back to form after some lacklustre efforts with the eye-shield added at Beverley last time. A repeat of that effort would put him in the mix.
Still a maiden after 19 starts and hasn't really looked like winning. Cheekpieces now go on fir the first time and mark continues to fall. Likely to go in at some stage for good yard but this is competitive for the grade.
Winner of a weaker contest than this at Beverley (5f, good to soft). Struggled off higher marks since and this looks very competitive.

Casterbridge has been in good nick of late and is likely to try and make a bold bid from the front. HOP MADDOCKS hasn't had many chances and makes his handicap debut off what looks a fair mark. Paula Muir is riding well at present and her 5lb claim could prove useful. Dusty is better than he managed to show last time and is capable of bouncing back. On a going day Lexington Place would be a big danger to all if everything falls into place.
