Ran well in two 6f handicaps at Newmarket in the spring but stopped quickly as if something was amiss at Epsom and never got going again at Kempton. Best watched at present.
Broke through at Yarmouth at the end of last season and looked to have progressed again when a good third at Doncaster on his reappearance. Disappointed subsequently over a mile and needs to bounce back.
Progressive with a win and two seconds before very disappointing on good ground at Newmarket. Faster conditions possibly a key and could be better providing there is no rain.
Has taken his form to a new level with wins at Thirsk and Salisbury and showed fine battling qualities in the process. up 4lb but likely progress hasn't stopped yet.
Tactically versatile and seemed to love very fast ground with progressive wins over a mile here and at Salisbury. Drop in trip not a problem but did get to dictate matters last time. Should be competitive.
Remains 3lb higher than when gaining a second career win in July and probably needs some help from the handicapper after a poor run over 6f at Ascot.
Much improved when winning at Haydock in first-time cheekpieces but they failed to have the same effect when disappointing at Sandown. Others look more convincing.
Just a median auction novice he won at Redcar in May and although not disgraced on handicap debut was poor when last seen at the start of July. Best watched.
Plenty of promise shown first time out last season when just touched off but three subsequent efforts were underwhelming. Hard to fancy after a near year absence.
Remains a maiden after 10 starts but continues to go close. Probably ran into a smart type at Beverley and should go well again.
Last run can be upgraded after rider dropped his reigns and goes well in these conditions. Could go well but more required in this class.
Much better off reduced mark at Ffos Las, however sole win came on soft ground in France and ground and grade look to be against him.
Slowly away and didn't get a clear run when one place behind Arrogant last time so could reverse the form. 5lb higher than last win over this C&D and this grade may be tough off current mark.

JACKPOT ROYALE has proved very progressive and uncomplicated in winning his last two and the way he battled when challenged last time suggests there's plenty more to come. Likewise Letsbe Avenue is going the right way with back-to-back wins while the likeable Bertog probably just lacks a change of gears at the business end but can be involved again. Prevent has an eye-catching jockey booking and providing the ground stays fast could bounce back from a poor run. This is tougher but Bbob Alula was unlucky on his latest run and shouldn't be dismissed.
