Goes best on a sound/fast surface. Stays 2m and is a former Group 2 winner, though without success since 2014 in this code. Mark continues to slide and blinkers now on, but not easy to enthuse about his chance.
Without a win since her debut at Lingfield (1m2f, AW) last year. Has bettered that in defeat on several occasions since. Well held last time, but a repeat of her May run at Windsor or her June effort at Lingfield would put her in the mix.
Broke her duck at the fifth attempt when landing a Nottingham maiden (1m2f, firm) in June. Equalled that last time in a York handicap. Longer trip offers scope for more improvement and she should be thereabouts if she can find some.
Was a dual winner for John Gosden at up to 1m3f, but 0-6 for this trainer and no immediate signs of a huge revival on his first run post-wind surgery at Goodwood last time. Looks best watched for the moment.
Has improved at three and got off the mark at Haydock (1m2f, good to soft) in May, when 6lb lower. Slightly better effort in defeat from this mark on AW last time. More needed, but not ruled out.
There looks to be improvement to come from NAQAAWA over this longer trip and she is taken to show that and add to her Nottingham success today. Blooriedotcom is still going the right way and should be involved, while Falcon Hills has the ability to have a say if she can bounce back. Rake's Progress is another to consider, but she was held from a lower mark last time.
