Slammed a subsequent winner by 4L over C&D before making short work of his rivals on Wednesday. Versatile in terms of trip/ground/tactics and will take plenty of beating despite a double penalty.
Has won two races this year but, although he has won off higher in the past, this mark currently looks beyond him
Record has slipped to 1-21 but the handicapper has been reacting accordingly and each-way chances now the ground has turned in his favour.
Built on previous promise to score on Wednesday. In a stronger race this time on slower ground and at a track where he has underperformed previously.
Beaten a nose in this last year and 6lb lower here. Hard to overlook her performances since and others readily preferred.
Lightly raced maiden whose best effort came on a soft surface for handicap bow when a stronger pace would have helped her settle. Has not replicated that effort since on different surfaces, but a danger to all if doing so off 6lb lower.
Offered little encouragement back over 5f and has for the most part run poorly over various trips. Continues to fall in the weights but hard to imagine her winning this.
C&D winner has been below her best this term and hard to see her taking advantage of this mark in a better than average class 6.
Record is now 1-36 but due to go up 2lb from Saturday after his latest run at Carlisle. Performed better than expected on a soft surface that day, however it has been a while since he put two good runs together.
Last success came over 6f on easy ground at Musselburgh in October last year and hasn't done much of note so far this season. Goes for a third straight win in this but others make more appeal.
Has plenty of pace but this track should prove too stiff and he has been withdrawn previously when conditions were soft. Has a small class 6 in him but this looks better than the average for the grade.
