Daughter of Redoute's Choice out of a Montjeu mare. Four of the sire's last six runners have won in the last week. Cost €40,000 and market likely to reveal expectations on debut.
Twice-raced filly, finished last of 11 in maiden at Leopardstown (1m, heavy) and been off 111 days since. Goes up in trip. Easy enough to look elsewhere however.
Big Bad Bob filly who was finding some form in the summer before bumping in to a couple at the Galway festival. Chances if forgiving last run.
Nathaniel filly is a half-sister to smart winner up to 7½f Make It Up and 1m1f winner Girl of The Hour. Promising run when runner up beaten 2½L at the Galway festival earlier this month on second career start.
Cheap purchase well beaten on debut at Dundalk towards the end of last year. Improved on debut run in a 1m Leopardstown maiden earlier this month on first start for yard. Room for improvement.
Has only disappointed leading connections in two career starts to date. First time blinkers unlikely to bring about the required amount of improvement needed to play a role here.
Cape Cross filly who is a half-sister to three winners over middle-distances. Fifth of nine in a Cork 1m2f maiden in June. Worth a market check following a two-month lay off.
Possibly the step up to Listed level was a step too far at Naas when last seen in June. Could be of interest back in grade.
Fastnet Rock filly, sister to 1m winner. Dam a half-sister to a Listed winner on AW. Third of seven beaten 2¾L in a competitive maiden at the Galway festival earlier this month and one for the shortlist.
Has produced two solid efforts within the last month at the Galway festival and in a 1m Leopardstown maiden recently when third of ten. Remains open to improvement.
Forecasts
Maysiyana (5/2), She Got Fast (5/2), Bit Of Banter (4/1), Cascabel (7/1), Samasthiti (10/1), Cautious Approach (12/1), Uluru Park (16/1), Small Wonder (25/1), Luminist (50/1), Aasleagh Fawn (80/1)
The Jessica Harrington-trained BIT OF BANTER can return to the form of her runs at Gowran Park and Leopardstown last month by landing the spoils here under Colm O'Donoghue and get off the mark at the sixth time of asking for connections. Impressive runner-up at the Galway festival, Cascabel and potential improver, She Got Fast can battle for the minor honours. Samasthiti and Maysiyana deserve consideration in the open looking contest.
