Useful performer as a juvenile last year and gained reward for some solid efforts this term when winning a 4-runner handicap over C&D from Kimifive. Cheekpieces added now, and should be competitive after a small rise.
Justified favouritism on return at Windsor in June, and ran to a similar level when third to Kimifive there last time on handicap debut. More needed, but retains scope to progress in this sphere.
Won novice at Windsor in June, and improved further when landing 6f handicap at Leicester on latest start. Respected on form, although unproven on an easy surface, so could do with the ground drying out.
Form of both his victories has been working out well, and had excuses when mid-field at York on penultimate start. Bit disappointing here last time, but that came in a red-hot handicap, and capable of bouncing back with cheekpieces deployed.
Won over 5f at Nottingham and 6f (soft) at Goodwood last year, the latter in a decent fillies' nursery from 4lb higher. Looked to be coming back to form at Chester last time, and considered, especially if ground remains on easy side.
Hasn't managed a place in eight turf runs, but unlucky not to put that right at Goodwood last time when his rider dropped the reins, and he showed there that he could be competitive from current mark.
Best turf efforts have come on good or softer ground, so unwise to judge him on latest effort at Windsor. Previous close second over C&D would give him solid claims, and he's one to bear in mind.
