Pulled up in a bumper and then tailed off at Leicester, showing next to nothing either occasion. No realistic chance here.
Cost $300,000 as a yearling and is a half-brother to five winners inc Derbaas (classy performer at 7f-1m). Yard have a 19% strike rate with their 3yos at the track and often introduce a good one here, so has to be on the shortlist.
Half-brother to the useful sprinter Koropick but yard not known for maiden winners and on that, is best watched today.
Price increased through the ring from yearling to 2yo, good debut at Lingfield when encountering a bit of trouble in running but still coming through late for second. Plenty to like about that and should be on the premises here.
Was made favourite for debut at Yarmouth in April but disappointed, weakening out of things to finish seventh. Not seen since, so given a bit of time, and yard have a 19% strike rate with their 3yos here. Market probably the best guide.
Some smart 6f-7f performers on the dam's side of the pedigree, and he has shown some ability on both his starts, looking ready for this step up to a mile after making late progress for third at Chelmsford last time. Needs more here, though.
Showed little on debut in June but clearly learnt plenty from that when a close third at Lingifeld last time, slowly away but coming home well for third. Extra furlong here looks a plus and he holds a chance in an open contest.
Finished a well-beaten last of nine on debut in a Leicester seller and can't be looked at as the likely winner on that.
Breeding says she'll want a bit further but no knocking her form over a mile so far, tried to make all at Newbury last time out but one-paced late on. That form solid, however (fourth twice a winner since) and she sets the standard here.
Cost 135,000gns as a yearling, nice pedigree and she showed plenty of ability when not knocked about in finishing fourth at Windsor on debut in June. Should progress on that, and another with e/w chances if she does.

Rewaayat - Original Position 4th. Amended Position 5th.
Forecasts
Magical Sight (5/6), Existential (4/1), Rewaayat (8/1), Peggy Mckay (8/1), Chiefdom (8/1), Spirit Of Buxted (14/1), Jawshan (33/1), Ice Cool Cullis (100/1), Admiral Anson (200/1), Wajdy (200/1)
If the market spoke heavily in favour of Magical Sight then that would have to be taken notice of, as better was clearly expected on her debut back in April and she's been given time. It's possible she'll leave that form well behind, but as it stands, preference is for EXISTENTIAL, whose latest piece of form looks very strong. Chiefdom looks an interesting newcomer, and both Peggy McKay and Jawshan look likely improvers.
- Existential
- Magical Sight
- Peggy Mckay
