Improving quickly, winner of three of her four starts and got an excellent ride when wining a Listed contest at Killarney last time out (very game in the finish as well). Penalty to carry makes it harder but may have more to offer over this trip.

Classy dual-purpose performer, winner of the Ascot Stakes in July but a little below that when only midfield in the Northumberland Plate. This trip likely to be on the short side for her though and on that, others make more appeal.

Useful enough at her own level but that's well below what's needed here, and she's likely to find herself outclassed.

Took her form to a new level when taking a competitive Sligo handicap to pieces last time out, but was the beneficiary of a good tactical ride there and this looks harder. Could do with a drop of rain as well.

English raider that seemed to put in a better effort at York last time out, finishing second, but was easily enough brushed aside in the end. Trip fine but needs to pull out a bit more here.

Twice a handicap winner in the spring and these conditions will be fine, but even that form leaves her somewhat short of what is required here and she may just have gone off the boil now anyway.

Won a maiden at Naas back in May but hasn't progressed from that, although has faced one or two tough tasks in the meantime. Might appreciate the step up to this trip and if she can take a step forward, has place chances.

Only had the three starts and already proven over C&D, having taken a maiden in June. Far from disgraced when stepped up to G3 company last time (last of four, but beaten under 2L) and every chance of success here.

Has put together a run of solid efforts in Listed/Group company and was probably biting off more than she could chew at the Curragh last time. This is easier, but she simply doesn't win enough to be totally confident about.

Only had the one start when successful at Cork in May (second and fifth winners since)., and trainer very enthusiastic about her afterwards. Plenty to find on bare form but folly to dismiss her chance. Market best guide.

Generally consistent efforts at this sort of level for most of the season, and looks ready for a crack at this trip after looking a little short of pace over shorter last two starts. Represents top connections and has to be taken seriously.

Looked a horse with a big future after an easy maiden win at the Curragh last August, and thrown in at the deep end on only start this year when midfield in the 1000 Guineas. Visor on now, which may help, and could easily progress.

Fourth in the Moyglare Stud Stakes last year gives an indication of the regard she's held in, bit disappointing in the Fillies Mile after that but given time and makes seasonal debut here. Tongue tie applied. Watch market for a clue.

Improving filly that won a maiden at the Curragh last time out, and this extra two furlongs should be of benefit to her, but needs a big step forward if she's to challenge for the prizes here.

Forecasts

Curly (9/2), Lagostovegas (9/2), Bella Estrella (6/1), Rickrack (13/2), Liquid Amber (7/1), Hence (10/1), Park Bloom (10/1), Broadway (14/1), Dynabee (16/1), Muirin (20/1), Snowy Winter (25/1), Damselfly (33/1), Beach Wedding (40/1), Polly Glide (100/1)

Verdict

Curly looks the one to beat on her recent effort in better company than this, but LIQUID AMBER is another that will find this company a lot easier than what she tackled in the 1000 Guineas and there's every chance she's got a lot more improvement left in the locker. Bella Estrella is really improving quickly and can't be discounted if taking another step forward. Broadway is worth a look for those that like an each-way play.
  1. Liquid Amber
  2. Curly
  3. Broadway
