Twice a winner this year over this trip on the AW (Tapeta) off marks that are still well below those he was running off a couple of years ago. Failed to justify strong support last time again at Newcastle (slow away); still a threat back on turf.
Has for the most part run well this year and has on several occasions come close to matching the form of his earlier Doncaster win. Goes particularly well on a testing surface and may find conditions too quick here to gain another win.
Showed up well on her reappearance over C&D earlier this year but hasn't really gone on from that start in two races since. Ran a little better last time but is quite stoutly bred on the dam's side and could do with trying 1m4f; handicap debut.
Improving sort who recorded her 2nd win of the season over C&D last time (career-best) under a good ride (made all). Form could be questioned (few rivals underperformed) but dangerous if handed an easy lead again off 4lb higher mark.
Kempton AW winner over a 1m earlier in the year off this same mark he ran no sort of race last time over 1m2f at Redcar coming back off a break. Amongst the first beaten there he needs to bounce back here to be of interest.
Has come close to opening his account twice this year (just touched off by the slimmest margin at Wetherby in June) but failed to fire in first-time cheekpieces last time. Ran very freely and needs to settle better with headgear now removed.
Tried without headgear for the first-time on her last start for this yard and finished well held. Now tried in blinkers for the first-time bit faces a stiff task from 6lb out of the handicaps and hard to make a case for her.
Well found in the market when winning his only race so far over C&D in July on his last start for the Tinkler yard. Hardly performed convincingly on his first start for his new connections over 1m4f last time and has questions to answer here.

Weather Front (11/4), Ideal Candy (3/1), Golconda Prince (4/1), Take A Turn (6/1), Ventura Crest (8/1), Blue Reflection (8/1), Harbour Pilot (8/1), Westward Ho (10/1), Rock On Bertie (14/1), Poppyinthepark (33/1)
If she’s given the run of the race again C&D winner Ideal Candy is going to be a very dangerous customer in this as she should be able to cope with a 4lb rise for her easy win last time. Take A Turn and Golconda Prince are both worthy opponents although the latter may need some softer ground before he’s seen to best effect again. Blue Reflection makes her handicap debut but 1m4f would see her in a better light so WEATHER FRONT is taken to go one better than his 2nd last time out when he had to come from a long way off the pace at Newcastle; he’s still on a very workable mark.
