Inconsistent sort who hit form at this time last year, winning at Ayr after a break, and following similar pattern now, so perhaps unwise to focus on a couple of poor runs either side of a seasonal absence.
Scored three times last year on varying surfaces, but not seen since running poorly at Southwell in December. Has had wind surgery since, and market should guide on belated return.
Form has been in and out of late, but not disgraced on penultimate start, and went off too hard at Catterick last time. Tongue tie added to usual blinkers now.
Won a 5f nursery at Ripon off 3lb higher in September, and has run respectably all season without looking like adding to that tally. Must pull out a little more if he's to take advantage of sliding mark.
Signs of ability in qualifying runs, but hasn't cut much ice on either start in handicaps, albeit looking rusty when seventh of 11 on belated return at Chepstow last week. May yet do better.
Better on AW than turf, winning at Chelmsford in March. Has run poorly on this surface last twice, however, and easy to oppose after finishing last of 8 at Ffos Las on Tuesday.
Won an amateur handicap at Catterick (5f, soft) in October, but lesser efforts subsequently in 2017, and has been nearer last than first in two spins this season.
Veteran who is nowhere near the force of old, and hasn't been competitive this year despite the handicapper giving him every assistance. This is easier than when out of the weights last time, but he still makes limited appeal.
Out of a half-sister to connections' champion sprinter Reverence, and while he had shown little prior to finishing third of 11 to Perfect Words in a handicap at Ayr last time, he remains unexposed, and should do better still.
Standout effort this year when third at Beverley in June, but that run sandwiched by lesser efforts, and he has looked less than willing on recent outings.
Showed virtually nothing in three starts for Tom Dascombe last year, and similar story in a couple of runs for current yard. No appeal.

Penny Dreadful (9/4), Life For Rent (9/4), Roaring Rory (15/2), Semana Santa (8/1), Redeeming (10/1), Hot Hannah (11/1), Devil Or Angel (16/1), Secret Asset (25/1), Mighty Zip (33/1), Redtedd (40/1), Mr Enthusiastic (40/1), On The High Tops (50/1)
Semana Santa keeps falling in the weights without winning, but she's pretty reliable, and should be thereabouts again, while Redeeming is unexposed and showed why connections were persevering when placed at Ayr last time. Life For Rent is another with place prospects, but a chance is taken on HOT HANNAH bouncing back to form after a break now downgraded, which she did last year on the back of similarly disappointing results.
- Hot Hannah
- Semana Santa
- Redeeming
