A trappy sprint in which plenty depends upon who is able to force the early pace. Kodiac Express likes to get on with things from the outset, as does Crystal Deauville, so an anticipated burn up could set this race up nicely for a late closer. Revived was comfortably on top of WIFF WAFF over C&D last week, but carries a 6lb penalty (for 1L), and whilst the latter remains win-less on turf, the suspicion is that he'll be able to utilise his sharp turn of foot late in this contest and could feasibly have just enough in the locker to improve past the Michael Bell-trained charge.
