Pretty consistent sort who again ran with credit when a close-up third at Thirsk last time. Wide draw to contend with here but likely to run his race.
Not been in the best of form for some time although showed a tiny bit more at Chester last time. Suspicion is that he is better over 6f so whilst he may struggle once more, a return to form on this stiff track wouldn't be the biggest surprise.
Bounced back to form when getting the better of Dapper Man at Pontefract last month. Up 6lb for that win and whilst there could be more to come, that rival is thriving at present.
In the form of his life now having won five of his last eight. Won with some authority at Haydock last week and is 8lb ahead of the handicapper here before his new mark kicks in. Will be very hard to beat once more.
Has run well the last twice on ground that wouldn't be ideal. Similar conditions to contend with once again today and may run well without winning.
Back-to-back wins on the Fibresand at Southwell earlier in the year. Remains a maiden on turf and has had a wind operation since her last run. Others have stronger claims in this.
Hold-up performer who has shown the benefit of having a wind operation this year and has run consistently well since. Would be a player here if they go hard up front and sound place claims
Four good efforts on the bounce and rarely runs a bad race now. Has won here before and this prominent racer drops back in trip here. May make them all go.
