Landed a Nottingham maiden in April, last year, but that remains his only success. Last few efforts have been disappointing, but drops in class now, and can't be dismissed with blinkers fitted for the first time.
Left Henry Candy for 62,000 gns after winning twice at Goodwood last term. Fair effort starting out for current yard, but has run poorly on both starts this season, and plenty to prove at present.
Much improved on AW of late, and has won three times at Chelmsford this season. Ran well when fourth at Newcastle recently, but he's finished last on his most recent turf outings, which raises doubts here.
Last two wins have come in fast-ground handicaps over 1m here, latest in May off 3lb lower. All out to score on that occasion, however, and she's struggled off revised mark in two subsequent outings.
Improved for debut experience when winning novice at Wolverhampton last month, and ran out a ready winner in similar race at Windsor last time. Open to further progress now handicapping, and found a good opportunity here.
Made all and held on gamely to win a 1m novice at Brighton in May, but couldn't pull off similar tactics on handicap bow at Newmarket (7f) next time. Steps up in trip now, and pedigree suggests he'll stay.
