Hooded for her debut she did hint at having some ability there over 5f but failed to build on that at all with the hood removed but still over a 5f trip. Needs to improve to get involved here although may prove hard from the outside draw.
This will be her seventh run so hard to say that there is an improvement left in her and she's yet to win a race despite some creditable efforts. Her best two efforts have come on the AW (last two starts) but she looks exposed and vulnerable.
Showed next to nothing on her debut at Thirsk over 5f finishing last of nine and looking to lack much ability. Would be a huge surprise were she good enough here.
Only had the one race but showed enough on debut to think that she will improve in the future with things not going her way over the 5f at Ripon. Never looked dangerous but might be able to pick up a small contest or a minor nursery.
Needs to find significant improvement on her one run so far to make an impression here having made an unpromising start to her career at Thirsk over 5f. Can only be watched on this occasion.
Two good efforts to her name so far having been given a considerate introduction at Thirsk over 5f (two of today's rivals well behind). Stepped up slightly on that when taking 3rd at Carlisle (still a little green); can put experience to good use.
Yard not firing with their usual regularly in this sphere but still capable of winning with one on debut. This one is a half-sister to 7f winner Mr Minerals (won on juvenile debut) and a market watch is advised.
Dutch Art filly from a yard that continue to produce two-year-old winners at a decent rate. Dam was a winner over 1m (well related); this one could well turn out to be up to the job first time out especially if there is market strength in evidence.
Forecasts
Que Amoro (7/4), Queen Jo Jo (5/2), Hard Forest (4/1), Rapture (9/2), Lets Go Flo (12/1), Darwina (33/1), Jill Rose (66/1), Newgate Angel (66/1)
Those with experience are starting to look on the whole a little exposed with Hard Forest already having had six starts and Que Amoro looking as though she will improve but they could be vulnerable to a newcomer. The Kevin Ryan yard are not quite firing so Queen Jo Jo is best watched at the moment and RAPTURE from a yard that is no stranger to a winning two-year-old on debut is taken to win this. Most of the others will struggle in this but Lets Go Flo is interesting for the future having shown ability on debut.
- Rapture
- Que Amoro
- Lets Go Flo
