Half-sister to useful Price Khurram, a winner both on the Flat and over hurdles. Has run to a reasonable level both starts but maybe didn't make the anticipated progress last time out when made favourite to win at Limerick, only finishing fourth.

Looks ready for a step up in trip on her three starts so far, outpaced at Navan over 5f last time before staying on again late, but this is an extra three furlongs and she's not certain to appreciate it.

Pedigree nothing much to write home about and she's not shown enough in her two starts to think she'll be up to making a challenge here.

First foal, breeding suggests she'll need further than this in time. Not disgraced on debut at Down Royal in late June and this step up in trip will certainly help. May go okay at a price if taking a step forward from that.
Second foal, dam a half-sister to a Grade 1 middle distance winner in Canada and this looks a perfectly good launchpad from which to set her career off from. Yard just 3-29 with their 2yos here though, which tempers confidence a little.

Half-sister to useful 2yo winner Haley Bop and this trip should be fine for her debut. Yard do okay with their 2yo's here (18% strike rate) and can ready them first time up. Market should be informative.

Has run okay in a pair of decent maidens without posing a threat and looks ready for a step up in trip, but needs this for a handicap mark and may be of more interest in that sphere. Others make more appeal.
Very good debut behind the useful Fairyland at Naas in May, form that looks decent, but didn't progress next time out and was well beaten at Listowel. Repeat of the debut puts her in the firing line and this trip should suit.

Nicely bred, half-sister to Clon Rocket (who won second time out at a 2yo for this yard after being gelded after her debut) and yard 2-12 with their 2yos here last five years. Worth a look in the market.

Half-sister to a couple of winners over 6f, but this trip ought not to pose a problem given how well she ran over 7f on debut, staying on nicely late (Amaira behind in fourth) and should be up to winning a maiden of this calibre. Solid chance here.
Not much to recommend her on her pedigree and yard are 0-18 with their 2yos here in the past five seasons. Not hard to look elsewhere for the winner.

Forecasts

Frosty Beach (6/4), Riding The Storm (4/1), Gold Jasmine (5/1), Laura Bullion (9/1), Syrena (11/1), Cedars Of Lebanon (12/1), Amaira (14/1), Elusive Fantasy (20/1), Royal Canford (33/1), Dash To Celebrate (40/1), Ulookinatmeboy (50/1)

Verdict

It might be worth forgiving RIDING THE STORM her effort last time out as her debut run was full of promise, and a repeat of that would take her close here. Amaira was another that was a bit below par last time and could run better, but she found Syrena in front of her at Limerick and that may be the case again. Some market support for Frosty Beach would make her more interesting and if Cedars Of Lebanon gets the trip, she could get involved too.
  1. Riding The Storm
  2. Syrena
  3. Amaira
