Has been kept busy and was by no means disgraced in much better races at Epsom and Beverley on last two starts. Sets a decent standard.
Built on promising Doncaster debut when winning in good style at Sandown, both races over 5f. Likely to go on improving and step up in trip ought to suit.

Showed promise on debut and confirmed that he had talent when winning a minor event at Chepstow. Has an extra furlong and better company to cope with, but is on the upgrade for his leading jumps stable.

Signs of talent on second start at Nottingham. Stable looks to have a stronger candidate in Its The Only Way, but he is one to watch with nurseries in mind.

66/1
Dandy Man colt who cost €30,000 as a foal and 32,000 gns as a yearling and is a half-brother to six winners including one in Listed company. No show on debut at Goodwood and probably needs time to develop.

Kodiac colt who fetched 45,000 gns as a yearling and is from a winning family. Fourth of 11 behind a talented sort on debut at Kempton and should be wiser for the experience.

Plenty of promise on both starts at Bath and Newmarket. Looks the stronger of two runners from her yard and can get involved.

Cheap purchase by Most Improved out of a Dansili mare. Will probably need this debut run, but is worth a check in the betting for last year's winning stable.

Epaulette filly who cost £8,000 as a yearling and whose dam is a sister to a juvenile winner. Slowly away, but ran on well to finish fourth of nine on debut at Goodwood. Has possibilities off her low weight.

25/1
Foxwedge filly who cost £6,000 as a yearling and is a half-sister to two winners over this trip. Stable going quite well, so worth a market check on debut.

Forecasts

Oberyn Martell (10/11), Its The Only Way (7/2), Whataguy (7/1), Queen Shaahd (7/1), Curfewed (16/1), On The Balcony (20/1), Quarto Cavallo (25/1), Miss Vixen (25/1), Sirinapha (50/1), Dandy Lad (66/1)

Verdict

Quite an open juvenile contest in which cases can be made for Quarto Cavallo, Queen Shaahd and Whataguy. However, the two to concentrate on should be Its The Only Way and OBERYN MARTELL. The latter is less exposed and could take a big enough step forward to prevail. Miss Vixen catches the eye off bottom weight on debut.
  1. Oberyn Martell
  2. Its The Only Way
  3. Quarto Cavallo
