Only a narrow winner on debut at Wolverhampton last time out and sticks to the same trip here. Carries a 6lb penalty so will need to improve the level of form he showed last time, but every chance he could.
Bated Breath colt and related to a few winners. This trip shouldn't be an issue for him on paper, and he's worth a check in the market.
Ran only a fair race on debut at Doncaster last time out, not an obvious improver on this second start now he switches to the AW.
Not disgraced on debut at Chelmsford last time out, and reason to think he could improve on this second start. He'll need to however, and from a draw that isn't ideal.
Yet to beat a rival home in two starts to date, both on the AW, and it could be a similar story today.
Couldn't land a blow on debut at Newbury last time out and difficult to see him building on that to play a leading role in this from an awkward draw.
Looked like further than this would be what he wants in time on debut at Chelmsford last time, and looks set for another minor role.
Kyllachy colt who cost €55,000 as a yearling. Hardly the most exciting pedigree and best watched on this debut run unless there's significant market support.
Down the field on debut at Salisbury last time, shaped there as if he should be able to improve but still not one of the likelier winners here.
Slade Power half-brother to a few winners, including at two. This trip could well be perfect for him on debut and he's one of the likelier newcomers.
Showed a small amount of improvement from her first to her second start, but even with a similar amount of progression she'd struggle to mix it with the best of these. .
As close as ever to getting off the mark when second at Newcastle last time out. All five of her races so far have come over 5f, and this step up in trip could make the difference.
Forecasts
Sporting Chance (4/5), Artistic Rifles (6/1), Typhoon Ten (7/1), Abate (9/1), Hard Forest (10/1), Tinto (20/1), Cruck Railie (33/1), Requited (40/1), Capala (50/1), Royal Guild (50/1), Running Tide (50/1), Eagre (150/1)
As the only previous winner in the field, the penalised Sporting Chance holds claims, but preference is for Mark Johnston's filly HARD FOREST. She was as close as ever to getting off the mark when runner-up at Newcastle last time, and this step up in trip could well see her to better effect. Of the newcomers, Typhoon Ten is the most interesting contender.
