A €50,000 yearling, the Lethal Force colt is a half-brother to several winners, including smart 6f-1m1f winner Just A Penny. Disappointed on debut when weakening over 1f out over 6f on debut at the Curragh this month. Expected to improve.

Dandy Man colt, cost 30,000 gns as a yearling. Half-brother to three winners all over middle distances and dam a 7f winner. Encouraging debut when finishing sixth of 13 in a Navan maiden this month.

Born To Sea gelding, cost €8,500 as a yearling. Not a good sign he's already been gelded at this stage of his career but hints of ability on debut at Navan this month.

Verdict

Owners Anamoine Limited like plenty of juvenile winners with trainer Ger Lyons and PALABRES can build on a promising debut at Navan last month by landing the spoils here. The filly was beaten favourite on her first start when beaten 3¾L on yielding to soft ground and can recoup losses here. The Charles O'Brien-trained Count D'orsay and Cruella Dovil can improve on their debut runs while debutante Heavenly Rainbow is worthy of consideration.
