Lightly raced and career best run came when a narrow second over the C&D last season. Should improve for reappearance and be competitive.

Likely this drop in trip will suit after weakening late on first run back for new stable in March. That was a better effort and there should be more to come.

Down in grade after a stiff task last time and reverts back from blinkers to usual visor. On a competitive mark but quicker ground a question once again.

Up 8lb after easy win on reappearance but could have won by much further. While this is also more competitive it's possible that he's improved significantly over the winter and remains ahead of the handicapper.

Just two wins from 23 and paying for his consistency with a lack of help from the handicapper. Should be competitive again but beaten favourite now on his last three starts.

Stable won this two years ago and rates a contender on two solid runs back. However slight question marks both over this trip and on quicker ground.

Prefers cut in the ground and best watched after two well beaten runs this campaign.

Well beaten on reappearance but didn't get a clear run over an inadequate trip. This distance suits and just 2lb higher now than last winning mark. Worth a check in the market.

Forecasts

Scottish Summit (2/1), X Rated (9/2), Vincent's Forever (11/2), Fleetfoot Jack (13/2), Armandihan (7/1), Parole (8/1), Royal Shaheen (16/1), Aelius (33/1)

Verdict

It's possible that despise the hit from the handicapper SCOTTISH SUMMIT could improve right past these after a dominant win on his reappearance. He looks to have really come into his own at the age of five and could be set for a fruitful campaign. Armandihan should enjoy a return to this track and be fitter for his recent run while Vincent's Forevor can also improve for his first run back at a more suitable distance.
  1. Scottish Summit
  2. Armandihan
  3. Vincent's Forever
