Vocalised filly improving with her racing, landed a Gowran Park maiden (1m1½f, soft to heavy) six days ago with any amount in hand and looks a solid contender to follow up dropped slightly in trip.

Finsceal Fior filly out of a North Light mare, opened her account on second start at Dundalk (1m2½f, AW) in March. Makes turf debut down in trip and should have a say in the finish.

Ended last season with second in Naas maiden (1m, soft) and twice finished third on the AW at Dundalk this spring. Needs to take a step forward or likely settling for something similar at best today.

Half-sister to a winner on the continent and useful winning hurdler Jenkins, nothing in two runs so far to suggest she's going to prove up to mounting a challenge in this field.

Aiseolas (6/4), House Call (9/4), High Street Lady (5/1), Raintree (7/1), Espere (8/1), Every Breath (25/1), Survival Mode (150/1)

Verdict

AISEOLAS has been improving with her racing and there was much to like in the manger she opened her account at Gowran Park six days ago. This slight drop in trip isn't a concern for Jim Bolger's filly and she sets the bar for the others. High Street Lady is next best of those with form, ahead of the third last-time-out winner in the field, Raintree. Espere is a notable newcomer for much-respected connections and worth paying attention to in the betting.
