Missed 2017 and finished a well beaten last of seven over 1m2f at Pontefract (soft) recently. Wears cheekpieces for the first time.
Fair third over an extended 2m at Newcastle on seasonal debut but well held subsequently and nearly three years since his most recent success.
Good second on seasonal debut over 1m4f at Wolverhampton earlier this month. Has won over hurdles in the past and is one for the shortlist stepping up in distance.
Put a disappointing fibresand effort behind him when finishing 4L third over 1m4f at Wolverhampton in February. Returning from a break here.
Successful twice on the AW this year but held fourth at Chelmsford last time out. Turf mark is 10lb lower than his current AW one and he is an interesting runner in this.
Maiden after 15 starts but ran one of his better races when finishing 1L second over 1m4f at Thirsk (good-to-soft) a fortnight ago. Races off a 2lb higher mark on this occasion.
Beaten just 1L on seasonal debut over an extended 2m at Newcastle at the start of the month. Races off an 8lb lower turf mark here and he has won over this C&D in the past.
Struggled since completing a Southwell double over 1m6f in March. Tailed off at Doncaster (soft) last time and yet to place in four starts on turf. .
Decent fourth over an extended 1m4f at Newcastle in September but absent since finished well beaten over the same C&D the following month. Wears a tongue tie for the first time.
Finished runner-up over 1m6f at Redcar (soft) in November but well held on seasonal debut recently and probably best watched at present.
