Good effort in finishing runner-up over 7f at Carlisle (heavy) in September last year but pulled up having burst blood vessels on her only subsequent outing. Making her seasonal debut in this.
Placed twice over 6f at two including at York (good-to-firm) but struggled subsequently and held at Wolverhampton on her seasonal debut earlier this month.
Career best effort in finishing 5L third over 6f at Ripon (soft) last time out. Shaped as if this step up in trip would suit and he is one for the shortlist racing off the same mark in this.
Eight race maiden but came within a head of rectifying that when finishing runner-up over 7f at Wolverhampton earlier this month. One to note racing off a 2lb higher mark here.
Not beaten far when finishing third over 6f at Wolverhampton in February. Cheekpieces worn when blowing the start at Newcastle are retained for her first attempt at this trip.
Held on all four outings to date including on handicap debut over 1m at Newcastle recently. Cheekpieces worn that day are replaced with a visor for this.
Narrowly beaten in a six runner handicap over this distance at Newcastle on last months seasonal debut. Was making his first appearance since wind surgery and being gelded that day and he remains open to improvement.
Best effort at two came when finishing 2L fifth of 19 at Redcar (1m, good-to-soft) in September. Failed to repeat that effort next time and wears a tongue tie for the first time on seasonal debut.
Struggled in six starts at two the two most recent of which came in handicap company. Yard in good form (3/8) at present and making his seasonal debut here.
Well beaten in three novice contests and a handicap last season and probably best watched racing from out of the handicap on his first start since September.
Poor form so far and failed to beat a rival home in three outings so far this year. Wears a hood racing from out of the handicap on turf debut.

CHRISTMAS NIGHT can register his first victory at the ninth time of asking in this three-year-old only handicap. The selection was just touched off at Wolverhampton on seasonal debut and can get the better of Viking Way who put in his best effort so far on handicap debut last month. Tim Easterby's Sir Derrick was placed at Ripon on his first outing of the season and with the step up in trip likely to suit he can take third.
- Christmas Night
- Viking Way
- Sir Derrick
