Won a couple of hurdle races when he was with Dan Skelton but his form has been steadily regressive for his current yard. Struggling for form of late and probably needs some more help from the handicapper to get involved again.
Has a couple of good efforts to his name just under a year ago but has returned from a break in very modest form. Both his runs since that absence have been poor and he has plenty to prove at present.
His form in bumpers was modest and he's not performed much better over hurdles and he finished well held on his handicap debut last time. Now wears a hood for the first time dropped 4lb from a stiff opening mark and others appeal more.
Shaped well on his last run in a novice hurdle and that augured well for his handicap debut. The trip (2m4f) proved too much for him in testing conditions and this bare 2m will suit better off a 3lb lower mark.
His form so over hurdles whilst gaining a mark was modest and he was never on terms on his handicap debut in a better race than this. He's worth another chance in this sphere but may need further before we see the best of him.
Rare jumping runner for this mainly Flat yard he makes his debut for them off a long break and he has proved rather inconsistent in the past. His best runs though have come off a break when fresh and the jockey booking takes the eye.
So far there has been little sign of ability in bumpers or over hurdles but he now goes handicapping off a lowly mark. The yard are rather quiet at the moment though and he's probably best watched here.
Finally got off the mark on his penultimate start showing a better attitude than usual before he ran no sort of race last time out in a visor. The blinkers he wore on his sole win now return but still one to treat with caution.

Royal Escape (5/2), Get Wishing (3/1), Blue April (7/2), Western Morning (7/2), Chief Brody (9/2), Oologist (17/2), Newquay Cards (16/1), Spader (16/1), Royal Beekeeper (25/1)
A relatively low-grade affair but not without interest and now that GET WISHING drops back in trip we may get to see a different model after 4f further proved too testing for him last time. Royal Escape should be watched in the market given his connections having always looked to be one for handicaps and the jockey booking for Chief Brody is likely to see him attract some money. Western Morning will be suited by a greater test of stamina but should still take a hand and if this turns into a test he could well be of interest.
- Get Wishing
- Royal Escape
- Chief Brody
