Clear signs of ability in Ireland in Ireland but soon in trouble on handicap and British debut. None of the dam's speed has been evident so far and it is to be hoped she has inherited some of her sire's stamina for this first try at 1m4f.

Improved for the step up to this trip here last time. Holds Mouchee on that form and this may be uncompetitive enough to allow him to defy a 5lb rise.

Looks held by Sotomayor judged on his penultimate start but he improved on that next time when the visor was applied for the first time. He was ridden more positively that day and has the size and scope to continue improving.

Set unremarkable fractions in an ordinary event on penultimate start and appeared not to stay 1m2f last time. The extra 2f here looks a major problem on that evidence.

Lightly raced maiden who is bred to want this new trip as a minimum. Makes handicap debut off a viable mark and one to consider.

Only moderate form to date although she has improved since trying this trip. Latest run suggests her mark may need to fall a lot further.

Came from a long way back to finish fourth over C&D last time. Another 2lb rise in the weights makes his chances less obvious.

Forecasts

Sotomayor (2/1), Mouchee (5/2), Good Impression (3/1), Ttmab (8/1), Genuinely Crowded (10/1), Dream Malfunction (16/1), Keynote (20/1), Winged Spur (28/1)

Verdict

Sotomayor and Mouchee are closely matched on their recent run here. The former would be expected to confirm that form on these terms although the latter has improved for a visor since. Dream Malfunction takes a big step up in trip and Good Impression has been done no favours by the handicapper. TTMAB has clocked fewer miles than most in this and there were clear signs last time that he was going the right way. The extra 2f is in his favour and this is not a particularly strong race.
  1. Ttmab
  2. Mouchee
  3. Sotomayor
