Age: 9| Weight: 12-4| J: Thomas Greatrex⁽⁷⁾| T: W Greatrex| OR: 102| D

15/8

Responded well to the fitting of blinkers by spreadeagling his rivals on Saturday. Makes a quick turnaround under a penalty as he is due to race off a 4lb higher mark in future.

Form: 6P-4431

Oneida Tribe^b1⁴¹

Age: 9| Weight: 11-12| J: Adrian Heskin| T: R Dickin| OR: 103| D

7/2

Lost his latest race in the stewards room after wandering off a true line. That confirmed earlier promise and he has claims over this longer trip in first-time blinkers.

Form: 77/U4-5D

Grand Introduction⁶^{(ex 7)}

Age: 8| Weight: 11-11| J: Alain Cawley| T: F O'Brien| OR: 95| CD

5/2

Dug deep to land a gamble here last week off a career low mark. Has raced off off much higher marks in his prime and a 7lb penalty may not deter him.

Form: 520/PP1

Colmers Hill²⁴

Age: 8| Weight: 11-8| J: Matt Griffiths| T: J Scott| OR: 99

Placed in a couple of minor races at Fontwell, but a line through Greyed A gives him a lot to find with Ceann Sibheal.

Form: 73P/32F

Forecasts

Ceann Sibheal (15/8), Grand Introduction (5/2), Oneida Tribe (7/2), Colmers Hill (7/1), Call Carlo (8/1), Over My Head (25/1)

Recent winners Grand Introduction and CEANN SIBHEAL are both due to race off higher marks in future. The former landed a gamble here last week whilst the selection enjoyed a wide margin romp in first-time blinkers on Saturday. Warren Greatrex has his team in excellent form and future official ratings suggest his charge is the best handicapped of the pair. Oneida Tribe was unlucky to be demoted after dead-heating last time. That form has been undermined since, but he may prove good enough for a place.
