Forricherforpoorer took a step in the right direction last time out and needs considering but preference is for BELOVED KNIGHT. His handicap debut at this course last time was full of promise and being lightly-raced (as with a few of these) he should be able to take a 1lb rise in his stride and get off the mark in a sphere which clearly suits him much better than novice events. Dark Freedom went close at Lingfield last time and is another for the shortlist.
