DALNESS EXPRESS put in a good effort when third here last time out and he can improve on trainer John O'Shea's recent good record (2/6) by taking this competitive opening handicap. Top weight Justice Rock is taken to chase the selection home dropping in grade today and has won at this level in the past while Monarch Maid showed that she may be returning to form last time out and can finish third while longstanding maiden Rapid Rise is another worth considering today.
