Consistent on the Flat when trained by Mark Johnston, winning twice, but has shown little in four hurdles starts for current handler. Needs a revival switched back to the level on AW debut.
Ended a frustrating run of placed efforts when winning a 1m Newcastle claimer at the end of last month. Second over C&D two starts ago and should be thereabouts again.
Plenty of miles on the clock, but retains his form well and was a creditable third of eight at Wolverhampton last time. Had previously finished second over C&D off 1lb lower and has to be considered.
Three course wins over 1m when trained by Martin Smith, but 0-5, although not disgraced, for current connections. Has dropped to a tempting handicap mark and would be interesting if the market speaks in his favour.
Landed a 1m½f handicap at Nottingham in May, but has not been the same force since and is 9lb lower. Not disgraced over C&D last time and has prospects.
Won four times from 7f to 1m when trained by Sir Mark Prescott. First run for this stable with regular jockey booked and is worth a close look.
Without a win in seven attempts when trained by Karl Burke, but showed ability and has her initial start for new trainer in a first-time tongue tie. Intriguing runner off career-low mark.

Il Sicario has it all to prove on his return to the Flat, but cases can be made for the other six runners. Jack Of Diamonds is arguably the most solid contender, but a chance is taken with bottom-weight RELEVANT<, who has her first start for a shrewd stable off a career-low handicap mark and is fitted with a tongue tie for the first time. Anna Medici and Choral Clan look likely to be on the premises.
