Won twice for Paul Cole before recent return from layoff for this yard. 7¾L tenth there but ought to strip fitter now. 10lb claimer suggests welter burden a concern.
Has a good record here, securing all of his five career wins at the track (four over C&D). Won on last AW start back in April but struggled on turf since. 7lb higher than last win so up against it.
Good as ever lately, winning over 6f at Laytown and then over 7f here. Hat-trick bid will be made difficult off career high mark after latest 6lb hike but no surprise if she goes well.
Over a year since latest win but ran respectably here last twice with a close third over C&D followed by an eighth over 1m only beaten 2L when appearing to not quite stay. Should go well back to 7f now.
Won her maiden at the fifth time of asking latest over 7f at Fairyhouse on soft to heavy ground. Form of that not working out well but opening handicap mark not impossible.
7f Laytown winner almost followed up here last time over C&D. Up 3lb but in form to overcome that and should again go well for leading connections.
5L sixth behind re-opposing Coreczka over C&D last time but enough swing at the weights to have a chance of turning that around although he is still 6lb higher than his last win over C&D.
Found life harder since 16/1 Down Royal win in July. Handicap gradually easing and not disgraced here last week but probably remains high enough.
Beaten out of sight in first two starts for this yard before marginally improved effort last time albeit she was only 12th of 14 here. 1lb ease not enough to suggest a realistic chance.
Won first time out this year but 18 starts since without success. Only 1lb higher than that winning mark now but several unsuccessful efforts with the same rating since. Ran well last time but she isn't the most consistent.
7lb hike for July win at Galway has been beyond her last twice. Handicapper gives 2lb back now so better expected although not necessarily enough so to be involved.
Former Richard Hannon inmate was last on debut for this yard beaten 25L over 5f at Navan. Upped to 7f for first time here but on that Navan form she's hard to fancy.
Seven of his eight career wins have come here, most recent of them was in March. Habitual slow starter who while running respectably of late doesn't look quite the force of old.
Continued good run of form last time on AW debut when a close third here finishing strongly. Off same mark here and with Smullen back on board she looks a leading contender.

A familiar tale here with Pat Smullen and Colin Keane looking likely to battle this out. Preference is for Smullen's mount ROSE ANJOU off bottom weight. She has been in good form lately and ran well here again last time off the same mark Silk Cravat is in equally good form and the only reason he isn't preferred is the extra 3lb he carries today. Mr Ormsby has run well the last twice and will be better over 7f than when last seen so he certainly merits respect.
- Rose Anjou
- Silk Cravat
- Mr Ormsby
