Cost 47,000 gns and is related to several decent types who plied their trade in the USA. Well held last time in testing ground over 1m at Gowran Park, drops in trip and may progress.
Not really managed to progress so far in six outings in maidens/handicaps. Best efforts have come over 5f but even that requires improvement.
Red Jazz colt well held in all three starts so far over 7f, drops back in trip having again failed to make a mark on AW four days ago, not fancied at the moment.

Runner-up in maidens at the Curragh (5f, good to firm) and this C&D (soft) either side of fanciful tilt at Group 3 prize in August. Sets standard and could make breakthrough for powerful connections.
Improving across four starts and filled runner-up berth in previous two outings. Latest over 6f at Fairyhouse (heavy) behind fair sort who didn't boost the form at Dundalk during the week (Sagittarius Rising sixth).
Myboycharlie filly cost €22,000 as a yearling, has some decent breeding on her page and well worth a market check ahead of this debut run.
Dark Angel filly, half-sister to some useful winners, didn't show a great amount of promise on debut at Leopardstown (7f, heavy) 57 days ago and must improve significantly.
Full sister to 2016 Irish 1,000 Guineas winner Jet Setting, the filly made an inauspicious start over 5f at Navan recently having been unfancied in the betting.
Roderic O'connor filly, breeding suggests she may want a bit further than this in time to be seen at her best. Makes debut and watching brief advised unless vibes are significant.
Daughter of Arcano out of 7f winner Phoebe Van Gelder is a rare two-year-old runner for this yard and was easily accounted for on debut over C&D three weeks ago.
Lilbourne Lad filly well beaten in two starts, including 12 days ago at Fairyhouse (6f, heavy) when finishing a long way behind the likes of Bronze Age and Sagittarius Rising.

Dermot Weld doesn't often tilt at windmills so it must be noted that he sent a maiden out in the Group 3 Round Tower Stakes in the form of BETSEY TROTTER. She was outclassed there but has twice finished second in maidens either side. The filly that beat her last time has since run very well in a Group 3 herself and so this looks an ideal chance for Pat Smullen to get on the board. Bronze Age is the obvious danger, though her last-time-out second at Fairyhouse wasn't exactly boosted by the winner next time. The remainder would appear to have plenty work on their hands so it might pay to look towards newcomers Katie Cruel and Rock On Seamie for some signs of confidence, while Vinnie's Wish is interesting dropping back in trip and may have place claims.
