Daughter of US stallion Kitten's Joy who fetched $130,000 as a yearling and is from a winning family from 1m to 1m2f. Pleasing pedigree and one to note in the betting.
Sea The Stars filly who has finished down the field in a couple of maidens. Good stable does not rush its horses and she should do much better in time.
By Sixties Icon, she is closely related to five winners over a variety of distances. Likely to need the experience on debut, but worth a market check nonetheless.
Camelot filly who cost €31,000 earlier this year and is a half-sister to a couple of winning sprinters. Definite eyecatcher when third on debut over 7f at Salisbury and this extra distance should play to her strengths.
Improved on quiet debut at Ayr when second of five at Haydock. Needs to take another step forward, but that is not impossible.
Nathaniel filly out of a Green Desert mare, she is a half-sister to useful 7f 2yo winner Reglisse. Has to be of interest for a team who have swept all before them recently
Daughter of Harbour Watch out of an Observatory mare. Did not cost much and is best watched on her debut against some decent prospects.
Mastercraftsman half-sister to 1¼m winner King of Dreams and 1m winner Rumpole, from family of smart miler Zacinto. Raced wide when well held on debut at Kempton and is likely to do better in time.
Has shown little in two starts at Nottingham. Stamina in pedigree and should do better next year.
Daughter of Irish 2,00 Guineas winner Power who cost 60,000 gns as a yearling and is a half-sister to three winners over middle distance. Stable does particularly well with its juveniles so well worth a check in the betting market.
Oasis Dream filly out of a Montjeu mare, she is a half-sister to a winner over 1m2f. Nice pedigree and another who should be noted in the market.
By Champs Elysees out of a Barathea mare, she is a half-sister to seven winners, including Hatta Fort. One of several worth checking in the betting on debut.
By Zoffany out of a Montjeu mare , she cost 34,000 gns as a yearling and is a half-sister to 6f winner At A Clip. Stable can ready one first time and jockey booking suggests she is ready to go.
Medicean filly whose dam was a winner over 1m 4f and was placed in Listed company. Will probably need this racecourse bow, but looks a nice prospect for connections.
Forecasts
Highgarden (13/8), Sudona (5/1), Dream Of Camelot (11/2), Endless Tangent (9/1), Maid Up (10/1), Arcadian Cat (14/1), Spirit Of Appin (16/1), Physical Power (16/1), Pescedora (20/1), Pink Phantom (33/1), Boscastle (40/1), Can Can Sixty Two (50/1), Tuscan Pearl (66/1), Homing Star (66/1)
Dream Of Camelot caught the eye on debut at Salisbury and can make her presence felt, but there are some debutants with fine pedigrees, most notably HIGHGARDEN, who represents leading connections and is likely to know her job. Other debutants to keep a close eye on are Arcadian Cat, Sudona, Physical Power and Pink Phantom..
- Highgarden
- Dream Of Camelot
- Sudona
