1-24 so far (sole win on the polytrack at Kempton) and hard say he's well handicapped on recent evidence. Should run his race but others more convincing.

Solid recent profile and has to be respected. However, his handicap mark was booted out of the park after winning at Wolverhampton last week and he has a lot more on his plate under the new terms.

Consistent filly but yet to get off the mark, so in danger of becoming frustrating. Drop back to 6f should suit her though and very possible she can make the frame once more.

Multiple winner at Wolverhampton in her time but also has a course victory over 7f to her name. Just 3lb higher than her last winning mark but form has dipped possible she may need further these days.

Ostensibly raced here since joining his current yard but is still a maiden is hard to predict. Good effort on his penultimate start eclipsed by a modest showing at Newcastle latest. Difficult to recommend for more than a place at best.

Best effort to date came at this course over 5f, so no forlorn hope of handling the surface. Finished last on her only previous attempt over 6f though. Usually starts at double figure odds (22/1 being her previous shortest offer).

Form figures on turf are enough of an alarm to suggest he's not in love with the game just now. Has gone well over C&D in the past but this year's form is nowhere near that standard.

Multiple course winner and on a very handy mark just now. Goes well for today's rider and dangerous to underestimate despite a poor run of recent form. Interesting for a place at least if supported in the betting.

Winner at Cork back in May but struggled after receiving just a 5lb hike in the weights. Now back on a winning mark but is unpredictable and recent form has been well below his best.

Acted well on the AW during his time with Marjorie Fife but form at his current stable has been moderate at best. Gets on well with today's claimer but others have a bit more to offer on balance.

Raced keenly but still had enough in reserve to win at Laytown last month. Just 2lb higher for this and noteworthy he tries the cheekpieces for the first time at course (responded well elsewhere). Highly interesting contender in a very weak race.

Would have decent claims on her form as a youngster but she has been in a steady decline over the last two years and, given her poor effort when she last tackled this surface, it's not too difficult to assume others have her measure these days.

Revived of late and the filly's recent form is some of the best on offer. 0-11 on the AW and not raced at this course for quite a while; but possible the switch to her new yard has changed her attitude and she may well defy her doubters once more.

1st reserve: In good heart of late - sound performance latest would bring him right into the argument. Interesting for a place if he gets a run.

Verdict

A chance can be taken on NORA BATT continuing to flourish now that she has found her stride for her new yard. The filly has put in some solid shifts of late and could be hard to master if capable of digging a little deeper to gain a first success on this surface. Ahundrednotout rates as an obvious danger and appeals the most from the others, while Your Pal Tal and Goodnite Irina are other to bear in mind to make the frame at fancy odds.
