All three wins have come over much shorter and step up to this trip last time saw him race prominently before fading over 1f out. Interesting that connections are persevering with him over this distance.
Odds-on when a decisive winner of his fifth start in maidens at Haydock. Runs in a handicap for the first time and has to be respected given positive jockey booking..
Lingfield maiden winner who ran well in handicap company last time when second of 11 at Kempton. Seems to be going the right way and is respected on his return to turf.
Won on the Flat in France when trained by Alain De Royer-Dupre, but has been well held in two starts for current trainer. Has been dropped 7lb since the first of those runs and any market support would interesting.
Landed a 1m2f Doncaster handicap in July, but went up in the weights and two subsequent runs have not been so good. Tries a new trip and it will need to produce improvement if he is to figure off his current mark.
Finished second over C&D in August before winning at Goodwood and Kempton on last two starts. Finds himself off a 13lb higher mark than for the first of those victories, but is progressive and has a leading chance.
Successful in a 1m2f maiden handicap at Brighton two starts ago, but the handicapper raised him 3lb and he could finish only sixth behind Just In Time at Kempton on his latest outing. Down 1lb this time, but has plenty to do.
Forecasts
Just In Time (5/4), Fibonacci (4/1), Sporting Times (5/1), Reshoun (6/1), Aardwolf (16/1), Lightly Squeeze (16/1), American History (25/1)
Top weight Aardwolf ran respectably without proving his stamina when stepped up to this trip last time and is likely to give it a go again, but there are a couple of progressive sorts here in Fibonacci and JUST IN TIME. Both could be ahead of the handicapper, but the latter is proven over C&D and in this sort of ground so he gets a narrow vote. Sporting Times looks best of the rest, although Reshoun is worth a check in the betting.
