Showed some promise in his early starts but has become frustrating and looks a risky option on these terms, even though the handicapper has cut him some slack.
Not much to take from his this season's form but did show a bit more when dropped back to 1m4f last time out. Never raced on this surface, however, and has a lot to prove just now.
Encouraging efforts the last twice and should have no issue dropping back in trip. Fared well to be placed on her only previous attempt on the Polytrack surface here, so the case for at least making the frame once more looks solid.
Made steady progress without winning but comes into this on the back of a sound effort at Windsor in July. Absence since then only a slight concern but needs to better previous form on this surface to figure prominently.
In danger of slipping into the handicapping wilderness after a series of moderate efforts. Handicapper still being slow to ease his grip also a concern.
Stepped up to 10f in good style, responding well to cheekpieces in the process.. A visor now replaces as the application of choice and, with the old firm of Cumani and Spencer teaming up, all the bases seem to have been covered. Shortlisted.
Unexposed over the trip but won in good style over C&D at the end of August. Likely to have more to offer still and only a 4lb higher mark to contend with this time. A leading contender.
Won a handicap at Windsor in July but has been found wanting in bids to follow up since. Has experience of this course but previous efforts only moderate and chinks in the armour now getting wider.
Form has taken a nosedive this year and rating has plummeted as a result. Tries a new trip and a tongue tie for the first time tonight but the combination may not be enough to stop the rot.
Drops in class despite winning at Sandown over 10f last time out. This does look a much weaker race, so definite place claims if her stamina holds out. Previous course form is poor though.
Stamina not an issue and stable very capable of getting the best out of its handicappers. Holds Helf on the form of her latest outing but has something to prove as regards her ability to handle the polytrack surface.
Looks the lesser hope of the stable's duo and a dramatic amount of improvement is needed.
Form in Ireland was poor and two starts for his current yard have been no better. Out of the weights here and others readily preferred.

This trip may well be ideal for KING'S CITY, who comes into this on the back of his best couple of efforts so far. The fitting of a visor may help the gelding stay focused and, given Luca Cumani's knack of improving horses as they step up in trip, there is a lot to like about his charge's claims. Glassalt and Moonlight Silver are a couple of others to consider in a weak looking race.
