Just the two starts for this yard, both over hurdles. Not much to be gleaned from those but was a winner (albeit over further) in France for previous yard. Probably best watched after an absence, with this a likely warm up for hurdles campaign.

Was a winner over C&D on debut here and has run well over it again since, including last time out when a staying-on fifth. May be coming back to form and looks on a winning mark, so has to be taken seriously.

Not the most straightforward (can hang under pressure) and has finished off her races quite weakly recently, so has a bit to prove. Stall 10 probably no use either and all in all, others readily preferred.

In the frame on a couple of occasions this summer and went close under this rider at Brighton last time, sticking on well after being in the front rank throughout. Needs to prove this surface suits but not ruled out if it does.

Has been quietly fancied on all three starts and best run on latest start when second to Light of Joy. Has relatives that have won on the all-weather, so every chance of taking to the surface, and tongue tie on may well help. Big player.

Good record over this C&D (four times a winner here) but recent starts rather suggest that she's gone off the boil a little. May be that the handicapper is in charge at the moment but back at her favourite venue, could bounce back.

Runner-up on all of her last three starts but nothing wrong with her attitude, battling on well latest at Windsor and only just done on the nod. Well bred and ought to improve, so from a good draw, holds solid chances.

Can be a little keen in her races but back to form when allowed to bowl along in front at Epsom on her latest start. Step up in trip there seemed to suit, so may have a bit more improvement to come.

Might find this a bit easier after some of the company she's been taking on, and step back up to 10f may well suit after a staying-on midfield effort over a mile at Sandown latest. Others have stronger profiles, but not totally discounted.

Winner at Ayr in June but form has taken a turn for the worse since then, and hasn't beaten a horse hom in her last two starts. Stall 14 a major problem for her too and she looks an unlikely winner.

In decent form in the summer and this trip suits, but last three efforts lacking and she appears to have gone off the boil. However, like so many from the yard, a return to form from out of the blue wouldn;t be the biggest shock.

Has the plot draw in stall 1 but as a hold-up horse may not be able to make the best use of it. Form a little patchy but her close second at Leicester two starts ago puts her in the mix. Has form on the sand and could run well.

Not really happened for her yet this season but a bit more promise to be gleaned from her staying on fourth at Kempton last time, where she didn't get the best of runs. Visor on today might eke out a bit more, and she isn't ruled out.

Can be a bit keen in her races and needs to settle better, but right back to her best form when only just denied at Sandown latest. Back up 3lb for that but may be going the right way again, so chances if building on it.

Forecasts

Diamond Bear (5/1), Mighty Lady (6/1), Estrella Eria (7/1), Luminous (7/1), Love Conquers (8/1), Music Lesson (8/1), Feint (9/1), Kath's Legacy (10/1), Rayaa (12/1), Light Of Joy (16/1), Celestation (16/1), Darkroom Angel (22/1), Paradise Cove (33/1), Deduce (50/1)

Verdict

An open looking contest, and plenty with chances. LUMINOUS is at the right end of the handicap and looked to be on the way back at Sandown, so if going on again from that, can go close. Love Conquers is another with claims to be better than this grade, and she should go well. Mighty Lady may be best of the rest but in truth, a race where few can be ruled out with any conviction.
