Built on his debut with a promising effort at Musselburgh (5f, good to firm) last time, when beaten only 1L. Has claims on that basis, although worth noting that he was taken out at York due to unsuitable ground (good to soft) recently.
Last of 13 and beaten 23L on debut at Thirsk (6f, good) last month. Drops in trip for this, which on the evidence of that run looks well worth a try and hope to see some improvement this time.
Put in a couple of good efforts in defeat at Thirsk (6f, good, beaten a neck) and Ripon (5f, good to firm). Taken out on heavy ground at Chester recently, so probably wouldn't want it to get too soft here, but will be tough to beat.
Led for much of his debut outing at Hamilton (6f, good to soft) last month until weakening out of it and beaten 10½L. Drop in trip looks well worth a try at this stiff track and it would be no surprise to see him finish much closer.
Tried to make all at York (5½f, good to soft) on debut and did well to finish an eventual 3¼L third. Plenty of promise in that performance and probably capable of being involved at the business end today.
€8,000 yearling. Dam 7½f winner at two, half-sister to 7f winner Here To Eternity, out of a German 1m Listed winner. Nice enough pedigree and although stable 2-21 with juveniles of turf this season, 14 have made the frame. Could make a good debut.
Showed improvement in his first three outings, though failed to go on from that at Carlisle last time out. Certainly can't be discounted and with a useful 5lb claimer up he should be thereabouts.
Improved plenty for his Yarmouth debut (5f. good to firm) when beaten 4L into third on heavy ground at Sandown over this trip last time. Should be capable of continuing that upward curve and if so he has claims.
Led before weakening out of it on debut at Carlisle (6f, good to soft) last month. Now drops to this stiff 5f, which could suit, though he has a wide draw to contend with and will need a fair bit of improvement to get involved.
Her best of three runs so far was when a ½L runner-up at Ripon (6f, good) in August. Not yet as effective over the minimum trip, but this stiff track may help with that. Has some ability but also a bit to prove.
Never involved on debut at Wolverhampton (5f, AW) earlier in the month and will need to improve plenty for that first sight of a racecourse to get anywhere near the leading players today.
Last of nine, beaten 22L, on debut at Nottingham (6f, good to soft) last month. Taken out on soft ground since then, so won't want any more rain. Will look to take a positive step and build on her first run but hard to fancy.

A stiff 5f could suit HARROGATE, who is given another chance to break his duck after a couple of decent efforts in defeat so far. Black Friday should be thereabouts, while Militia, Rossall and Sovereign State are others with claims. Mystical Mac looks to be an interesting newcomer, while Jonboy might be capable of making a significant improvement.
