February foal. Havana Gold colt who changed hands for 65,000 guineas as a two-year-old, having cost much less as a foal. Yard's juvenile strike-rate not great, though the market will guide.
Tongue-tied first time out over C&D (soft) but shaped encouragingly in third place behind odds-on favourite, Dubhe. A half-brother to a Group 3 winner, so entitled to kick on for a yard in good form. Respected.
Related to a few moderate winners but unfancied first time out over 7f at Lingfield and only managed to beat one home. Hard to make a case for.
Dansili colt who holds entries for the Derby and Royal Lodge Stakes but didn't look anything special when sixth behind better-fancied stablemate, Roaring Lion, at Newmarket first time out. Likely to do better here though.
January foal. By Camelot and a half-brother to the useful winner up to 7f, Room Key. Holds a Derby entry and has to be of interest first time out for a respected yard.
Nathaniel colt who cost €250,000 as a yearling but hasn't quite delivered in two starts over 1m at Newmarket and Epsom so far. Related to some smart winners, so every chance there is more to come from him.
March foal. By Nathaniel and a half-brother to the smart winner up to 1m3f, Khalidi. Dam won up to 1m. Cost 85,000 guineas and very much respected from a yard which can ready a newcomer.
April foal. Zoffany colt who changed hands for 130,000 guineas as a yearling, having cost much less as a foal. Yard going well and a positive market move would be interesting.
February foal. Mastercraftsman colt out of a lightly-raced dam who hailed from a good family. Cost €100,000 as a yearling and it will be interesting how he fares in the betting compared to stablemate Discletian.
February foal. By Frankel out of a 1m4f-winning dam who stayed further. Plenty to like on paper and, though he is bred to appreciate further, he has to be be considered first time out. Holds a Derby entry.
Half-brother to several useful winners but largely disappointing what he's served up in two starts so far, managing only 8th of 12 over 7f here last time. May do better over this extra furlong.
May foal. By Declaration of War and a half-brother to the winning stayer Captain Peacock. Cost 40,000 guineas but already gelded and probably one for handicaps later on.
February foal. By Teofilo out of a lightly-raced dam. Cost €235,000 as a yearling and is a brother to the useful winner up to 1m, Vaunoise. Holds a Derby entry, so very much one to take seriously first time out.
Nicely-bred Sharmadal colt who shaped encouragingly when a 3L third of 12 behind Bathsheba Bay over 7f (good to soft) here on his debut. Holds multiple Group 1 entries, so not hard to envisage significant improvement. Shortlisted.

A interesting maiden, with Derby entrants Diocletian, Mekong, House Edge and Stephensons Rocket among the interesting newcomers. A case could also be made out for each of the John Gosden pair Cassini and Crossed Baton on their respective debut efforts but there was a lot to like about the way ZAAJER shaped behind a couple of race-hardened rivals first time out on this track. This extra furlong is sure to work in his favour and he could take some stopping.
