More associated with winning hurdles form in recent years, but has three Flat successes to his name, the last of them in 2011. Has won here over hurdles and a 5lb drop/drop in class could see him get more closely involved than last time.
Another who has not won for some time, since 2014 in his case. Stays marathon trips and makes just his second start in 26 months after being sidelined. Well beaten on his return run and plenty to prove despite 5lb drop.
A career high mark did not stop her from winning at Catterick last time (2m, good) and she is fully effective over this shorter trip. A 4lb rise will ask more of her, but she has a decent claimer up and a successful follow-up is not ruled out.
Went close twice at Lingfield (1m4f, AW) in May, but after being nudged up to this mark he was well beaten on good to soft ground on his first turf run at Chepstow last time. Possible that he needed it after a break and market check advised.
Well beaten in all three maidens and didn't fare a whole lot better on handicap debut/in cheekpieces at Redcar last time (1m6f, good to firm). Dropped 3lb for that and David Allan back on board. Precautionary market check suggested.
Ran well on his first start for this yard when a ¾L runner-up at Musselburgh (1m5f, good to soft) last month. Nudge up in the weights plus drop in trip saw him well beaten at Thirsk last time, but decent claimer takes off 7lb here and not ruled out.
Well beaten in all three starts in maidens at 1m/1m1f. Now steps up markedly in trip for his handicap debut and pedigree is much more about speed, so he has a major stamina question to answer.
