Overall his record reads well with seven wins from 19 runs on the Flat and he is a course winner also. Of late though he's been poor and even a break didn't seem to bring him back to life and passed over here.
Just one win to his name which came over C&D back in March and two of his runs in handicaps since have shown him in a good light. Showed that he could be quite useful off this mark last time on turf he just needs to settle a little better.
All his four wins on the AW have come on a Tapeta surface and this will be his Polytrack debut; his form on the AW stacks up well and he'll appreciate the return to a synthetic surface after the 1m4f trip stretched him on turf last time.
Looks a progressive sort although he failed to land his hat-trick last time out at Goodwood but still running well in defeat over 1m4f. He's won on Polytrack before and this trip should be no problem and a good run is expected.
Placed five times from six starts on the AW her recent good form has come on turf with wins at Sandown and a career best at Musselburgh last time out. She should continue to give a good account even over this slightly shorter trip.
Three maiden runs over much shorter trips and was expected to really make some strides forward over staying trips in handicaps. That's failed to happen so far and he was again too keen last time out and needs ti settle better back in trip here.
Back-to-back winner over shorter trips in May he's not been able to build on that form and continued below form last time out. It looks to be a new throw of the dice to try him at this sort of trip and others.

Forecasts
Koeman (5/2), Eskendash (5/2), Pioneertown (4/1), Bonnie Arlene (6/1), Therthaar (7/1), Falcon Cliffs (12/1), Tangramm (20/1), Rita's Man (25/1)
Bonnie Arlene has a career high mark to contend with now but she is in fine form and looks to be still progressing and she’s shown before that she can cope with AW surfaces. KOEMAN could well be the one to get back on the winning trail here having shown that he can cope with this mark along with Eskendash who looks useful in this grade if he can settle. Plenty will be looking for improvement from Pioneertown and he could be more effective down in trip but he’s not really looked the finished article yet with Therthaar like to appreciate a return to the AW.
