Nine-time winner in his career but not won since an AW win at Kempton in 2015. Has won when fresh earlier in his career but has tended to need the run more recently. Not been on a mark this low since 2012 so clearly well-handicapped but there's a suspicion he'll find a few too good.

Well beaten on all four starts to date and while there were bits of promise in maidens, she struggled badly on handicap debut last time.

Both his wins have come off this mark and ran well over C&D last year on fast ground when a short-head runner-up. Badly out of form on last couple of starts though and needs to bounce back.

Maiden winner on the AW at Lingfield earlier in the year but that's his only win in 19 starts. Best efforts have come on the AW and yet to place on turf so looks opposable.

Just about a career best to win a Ripon seller last week but may struggle to back that up under a penalty back in a handicap. Still unexposed so far from dismissed.

Broke his duck at the 38th attempt when winning here over 6f last month in a first-time tongue strap. Couldn't repeat the feat in Jersey over 7f beaten 5½L, before second of six and beaten 1L in a Brighton 6f handicap last day. Should go well with De Sousa in the saddle for the first time and gets his ground again here provided there's no rain.

Winner at Brighton when recording her only win from 19 starts but she's lightly raced on turf and can be forgiven her latest start at Brighton. Only 2lb higher than her winning mark so can't be ruled out.

Maiden after seven starts and has run well over 6f here the last twice. Most recent of those efforts came when 3L third of 11 on good ground three weeks ago and she races off the same mark today.

Small signs of improvement on return to turf this year at Musselburgh but in poor form since and likely to struggle yet again. Yet to place in seven career starts.

C&D winner way back in 2014. Badly out of form in the past couple of years though and has an absence to overcome; opposable having never won when fresh and best years no doubt behind her now.

Sole turf win came all the way back in 2012 and no real recent runs suggest he's ready to get himself back in the winners' enclosure. Best turf efforts have come on fast ground so not entirely dismissed if the rain stays away but hard to fancy from out of the handicap.

Not as much as placed since winning back in 2015 in 26 subsequent starts. Well beaten last time out at Redcar and plenty to prove at present.

Two-time C&D winner last year but badly out of form this time around and finished last on her most recent starts. Return to faster ground may see her in a better light but up against it from out of the handicap.

Sole success came over 6f in a nursery at Hamilton (good) in July last year. Best efforts this term have come on the AW but well held here the last twice.
