Fast Company gelding, cost 25,000 gns as a yearling. Half brother to the useful Alexandrakollontai, amongst other winners around this trip. Dam a half-sister to two-year-old Group 3 winner over this trip, Thousand Words. Interesting pedigree but perhaps not a good sign he's already been gelded.
Oasis Dream colt, dam a half-sister to Derby and Prix de Ll'Arc de Triomphe winner Workforce. Beautifully bred, trainer in flying form and yard certainly capable of readying one for a first outing. Fascinating debutante but likely to want further.
Exceed and Excel colt, cost 38,000 gns as a yearling. Dam a half-sister to 1m4f, Group 3 middle distance winner Laaheb. Yard do well with their juveniles and interesting to see whether there's any market support for him.
Poet's Voice gelding, cost 60,000 gns as a yearling. Half-brother to Derby placed Romsdal amongst other useful winners over a bit further than this. Dam a half-sister to Group 3 winner Goncharova out of an Irish Oaks winner. Like many in here, will want further than this given time but certainly has a likable pedigree.
Denounce gelding, cost 4,200 gns as a foal. Dam a moderate winner over an extender 1m3f. Trainer in good form but pedigree not as attractive as plenty in here and may need this run.
Raven's Pass colt, cost 20,000 gns as a foal, €40,000 as a yearling and £55,000 as a Breeze-Up purchase in April. Yard's debutantes always worth noting and trainer in excellent form in recent weeks. Non-runner here last week when the ground was soft but likely to find these conditions more to his liking provided there's no rain.
Exceed and Excel colt, cost 22,000 gns as a foal and 55,000 gns as a yearling. Half-brother to some moderate winners at around this trip but dam was a half-sister to Listed winner Dyna Waltz. Yard a little out of form at present and probably best watched.
Exceed and Excel colt, cost €85,000 as a yearling. Half-brother to useful middle distance winner Gershwin and dam a Listed winner, half-sister to Group 1 winner Giofra and Listed winner Big Baz and Gomati. Trainer in fine form but his debutantes often need the run.
Havana Gold colt, cost 28,000 gns as a foal and £160,000 as a yearling. Half-brother to three winners, two of which over plenty further than this. Dam a half-sister to sprinter Conquest. Seemingly the owner's first-string on jockey bookings and yard in good form. Trainer's strike-rate exceeds 30% at this course and could go well.
Dansili colt, cost 90,000 gns as a yearling. Half-brother to Mezajy and Dance Band and dam a sister to Group placed Chinese Whisper. Tailed off at Newmarket on debut, very green and likely to need more time.
War Front colt, half-brother to Group 3 winner and Irish Oaks placed Just Pretending and Group 3 winner The Leopard. Dam a Group placed two-year-old winner over this trip and sister to US Grade 1 winner Scan. Represents powerful connections and this colt has a stunning pedigree but perhaps not the first-string on jockey bookings with Tart riding Il Primo Sole. Bred to enjoy fast ground so wouldn't want to see any rain.
Lonhro colt, cost €100,000 as a Breeze-Up purchase in May. Dam closely related to Colgan's Chip, half-sister to Grade 1 winner Karelian and Grade 2 winner Frostmourne. Likely to enjoy the fast ground, provided the rain stays away and both trainer and jockey in particularly good form in recent weeks; could go well.
Dansili colt, cost 200,000 gns as a yearling and half-brother to Group 3 winner Noor Al Hawa and Listed winner Majestic Jasmine amongst others. Dam a Group 1 at around this trip. Very attractive pedigree and yard capable of readying one. Quite possibly the first-string on jockey bookings and leading claims in this contest.
Bellamy Road filly, cost $53,000 as a foal and $85,000 as a two-year-old. Half-sister to several winners and dam a daughter of Grade 2 winner Hey Hazel. Interesting enough pedigree and likely to enjoy conditions provided the rain stays away. Cost enough earlier in the year to suggest she may be useful and worth watching in the market in what looks a hot maiden.

A race likely to produce plenty of future winners and hard put a line through the vast majority of contenders. To Arms is a fascinating runner for powerful owners and John Gosden's debutantes are often worth a market check. The pair of Sir Michael Stoute runners, Whitehall and Braemar are both beautifully bred and worth considering but it's DRILL who makes most appeal and he may have the edge having seen the racecourse already. Any market support for Tanseeq could be worth noting with the yard in such good form and is Dane O'Neill's preference of the Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum runners.
