C&D winner and he ought to be capable of taking advantage off this mark. Difficult to in with and latest efforts need to be forgiven on account of the ground. Probably carries too many doubts at present to be worthy of recommendation.
His second here a short period ago was one of his better runs this year and he's working his way back to his 2016 form. Took second behind Musharrif on his penultimate outing and ran another sound race at Pontefract on his latest start. Has a tough draw to overcome.
Narrowly failed to pick up his first win on turf last time when helped by a return to quicker ground. Seems more effective from marks of 67-68 on this surface so he would be expected to be thereabouts.
Had Roaring Rory 3l behind when taking a Thirsk seller in May and meets that rival on 10lb better terms here. Not as good since but handicapper has given him a chance to shine and the stable are showing signs of returning to form.
Has successfully exploited good draws over C&D in the past. A 4lb rise for his latest success under this good rider makes things more difficult, but he has run well in defeat off similar ratings.
Triple C&D winner who can be forgiven a poor run on soft ground last time. Last victory came off an 8lb higher mark. Has worn cheekpieces twice and has gone close on both occasions, including at Doncaster last month when producing her best run of 2017.
Dual C&D winner who has been running well in defeat since a Ripon victory in May. Now just 1lb higher and well drawn for a confirmed front-runner.
Inconsistent performer and representing a yard who are struggling to get winners. Draw is an additional hazard and others are preferred.
C&D winner who has gone 28 races since his last success. Third here last month but faces a more difficult task from 6lb out of the handicap.
Makes debut for yard having been claimed out of Richard Fahey's stable following a modest display in a Catterick seller last time. Hard to fancy on that evidence.

Forecasts
Roaring Rory (4/1), You're Cool (4/1), Pearl Noir (5/1), Astrophysics (11/2), Fujin (6/1), Noah Amor (7/1), First Bombardment (7/1), Canford Bay (8/1), Bond Bombshell (10/1), Crosse Fire (12/1), Windforpower (14/1), Whigwham (25/1), Tinsill (33/1)
David O'Meara holds a strong hand here with his three runners all potentially well treated and with the market the obvious place to look for further clues. Pearl Noir should give a good account given a nice draw and style of racing whilst Roaring Rory is no handicap snip but likes this track and has made the most of low draws here in the past. You're Cool is yet to win on turf but went desperately close to breaking that record last time. This stiffer test should be to his liking and he is taken to go one better off a similar mark.
- You're Cool
- Pearl Noir
- Bond Bombshell
