Successful over an extended 1m on yielding ground here earlier this week. Had run well in a 1m4f handicap at The Curragh (good) prior to that and he has to overcome a wide draw dropped in trip today.
Ran well to finish third of nine over 6f at Fairyhouse (good) last month. Disappointing twice since and well beaten behind Riven Light here earlier this week.
Chasing a hat-trick following two wins in valuable events at The Curragh last month. Most recent of those came over an extended 6f on good-to-firm ground and he was a winner over C&D in 2016.
Ran well when finishing third of 15 on seasonal debut over 1m at Naas (good-to-firm). Disappointing twice since and more needed if he's to better last years second in this.
Finished sixth behind Riven Light here earlier this week. Winner of this race in both 2014 and 2015. Most recent of those victories came off a 5lb higher mark and has a decent draw today.
Impressive heavy ground winner over 7f at Gowran Park in June. Had previously finished third over 1m at the same course and poorly drawn with soft ground likely to suit today.
Ran well when finishing third behind Riven Light here earlier this week. Not beaten far on that occasion and one for the shortlist despite a wide draw having won this race off a 1lb higher mark last year.
Recording his second win of the season when successful over 1m at Killarney (good) last month. Well beaten behind Riven Light here earlier in the week and races off the same mark here.
Well beaten since finishing third in the Thirsk Hunt Cup on good-to-firm ground in May but well beaten in three starts since. Finished ninth off an 11lb higher mark when favourite for this race last year.
Successful over 1m at Leopardstown (good-to-yielding) in April and best effort since came when finishing 2L fourth of ten over 1m at The Curragh (good) last month. Wears a tongue tie for the first time today.
Well beaten in two starts since finishing runner-up over an extended 7f at Chester (good-to-firm). Hood worn for the first time on that occasion has been retained since and unraced on soft ground.
Disappointing in four starts so far this season and finished last of four over an extended 1m1f at Gowran Park (yielding) last time out. More needed here.
Running well so far this season and finished fourth of 17 over an extended 6f at The Curragh (good-to-firm) last month. Cheekpieces worn on that occasion are retained today and he is an interesting runner off a low weight in this.
Winner of four of his last five starts including over 7f at Gowran Park (good) in June. Races off a 9lb higher mark and one to consider if getting a run here. First reserve.
Victorious twice so far in 2017 most recently in a four runner event at Ayr (good) over 7f. Ran a fair race over an extended 1m here in a weaker race on Thursday. Second reserve.
Ran twice in two days over 7f at The Curragh early last month. Well beaten on both occasions and more needed here. Third reserve.

Forecasts
Riven Light (9/4), Baraweez (6/1), Dream Walker (7/1), Tithonus (7/1), Have A Nice Day (7/1), Canary Row (8/1), Katiymann (10/1), Not A Bad Oul Day (12/1), Ma Fee Heela (14/1), Be Kool (16/1), Secret Wizard (16/1), Branch Line (16/1), Stipulate (20/1), Sevenleft (20/1), Stenographer (25/1), Truffles (25/1), Reckless Endeavour (25/1), Penwortham (33/1), Geological (33/1)
BARAWEEZ has won this twice in the past and ran well enough when finishing sixth here on Tuesday to suggest he can take this contest for a third time. The selection finished a close fifth behind stablemate Dream Walker last year but crucially has a better draw this year and can reverse form with his stablemate today. Riven Light a winner earlier this week and effectively 6lb well in carrying just a 7lb penalty for that comfortable success can finish best of the home team in third while Have A Nice Day is another to consider today.
- Baraweez
- Dream Walker
- Riven Light
