Regularly attracts market support and was in excellent form around this time last year, winning three races at the end of summer and early autumn. Outpaced when beaten just under 5L over CD last time, he merits close inspection in this contest.
Unraced as a two-year-old, he has had the three outings so far this season and has shown plenty of promise. Not given a hard time when soundly beaten over this CD last time, he certainly has the scope to win a race of this nature and will have his supporters.
He showed a little ability in three outings as a juvenile, but was gelded in the winter before returning to the track in a race over this CD last month. Easy in the market, he was beaten 2L by Star Maker, doing his best work in the closing stages. Will improve for that run and is sure to go very close.
Had four runs for Jonathan Portman, having been gelded before he started racing and has failed to really trouble the leaders in any of his races. First run for a new yard may bring about some improvement but others have stronger claims.
Was placed for the first time in her career at Brighton on her penultimate start when she stayed on past beaten horses to take third place without troubling the front two but was never a threat after a slow start over CD last time. Faces a stiffish task again.

Helf looks a nice prospect and was not really pushed on his last appearance in a race over this CD. Very lightly raced, he will run a good race here. ASTUTE BOY was gelded in the winter and shaped like a surefire future winner on his return to the track. Only 2L behind Star Maker, he was doing his best work in the closing stages and with further improvement to come, he can open his account. The Salmon Man was an odds-on loser on this track back in December and he could go well on his return to the venue, while Iballisticvin will not lack support.
